How we assisted
The scheme has both national and local significance, given its size and historic association with West Ham United. We are responsible for handling highly sensitive demolition, construction and stakeholder communications and has actively engaged with the local community in order to inform residents about construction progress. We produce and distribute quarterly construction newsletters, manage and maintain the community website and associated emails and arrange all construction liaison meetings.
We continue to manage all construction communications and are currently liaising with the London Borough of Newham, the landscape architects and Barratt London to help deliver an arts strategy across the site.
